    "Ashton arrived within the two-hour window for our appointment. I explained to him what had happened with the cables coming off the spools. The cables got kinked and suggested not to reuse them. So after coming up with an estimate, I thought it was reasonable, considering the amount of work to get the door balanced and working properly. Originally, ProLift had replaced our original (builder installed) system in February of 2025. After a month of installation, we had a problem with a defective spring. I called them and they quickly had the springs replaced. That technician did an awesome job also. I won’t hesitate using them again if the need arises."
