I reached out to 3 garage door opener contractors recently via Angie, and while all three responded quickly, ProLift (central office) and Brian (owner of the local franchise in Madisonville, LA) pursued my business like no other. Brian patiently addressed all of my questions while I took 24 hours to evaluate a repair vs. replacement. After deciding on a replacement with a specific brand and model, Brian (ProLift) gave me the best price and agreed to install later in the same day. Hard to beat that kind of response when a garage door opener fails. Brian sent Matthew out to do the install. He was polite, professional, and very friendly. He clearly takes pride in his work. Matthew found a frayed lifting cable which resulted from a problem with the original installation. He quickly and cost-effectively replaced the cable while also correcting the alignment issue that caused the problem. I highly recommend ProLift.

The technician worked with me well from the start. I had a scheduling conflict come up, and they rescheduled the visit for the initial quote. I received a text notice when the technician was on the way with a picture so I knew who to expect. I was given multiple options for repair and replacement. They were not pushy regarding higher product levels. I approved the quote for replacement at a good price, and they were able to schedule replacement ASAP. The actual install went smoothly considering I work from home and loud noises would have been a concern. The install took less than 2 hours. I am very happy with the outcome!
