I Was Very Impressed!
"My name is Jean Sutherland. I would like to acknowledge Parker Lopriore, the Sales and Community Outreach Specialist for ProLift Garage Doors of Charleston.
I am not someone who typically gets estimates from several companies when I need a problem solved. Sometimes it has not been the best decision. Having lived with creaky, loud garage doors for the last 10 years, I recently heard a very loud noise in the garage. A large garage door support spring had detached itself and crashed onto the garage floor. Had I been out there, I could have been seriously injured.
I called two garage door companies that day and asked for an estimate for two new doors. The first estimate was given to me two days later. I was unsure about the cost of the job, so I waited and received the second estimate the next day.
Parker Lopriore arrived on time, with a bright smile and a firm handshake. He listened carefully to my concerns, and began to address the details of what ProLift Garage Doors would do to give me a high-quality pair of doors. He was very patient with my questions, and addressed each one with ease. Parker pointed out the many differences between my 10-year-old+ garage door technology and what ProLift can offer me today. When I asked Parker if the new doors would be loud, he said, "No"!
Having served in several types of sales positions over the years, I am looking for a comprehensive explanation of a product or service, and for the enthusiasm of the presenter! Parker is clearly passionate about teaching potential customers to understand why ProLift will deliver an excellent, time-tested garage door system. I was very impressed!
Parker went over the style and color of my potential doors, and demonstrated his experience about the correct proportions of the door design in relation to my house. He was delightful to work with throughout our discussion.
After a thorough conversation, we discussed the cost for this project. ProLift offered me a very fair price for two electric doors, new engines for both doors, and two remote door openers.
I looked at Parker, extended my hand and said, "Let's do business".
My new doors will be installed on Wednesday, May 6th, one month after my meeting with Parker. Parker's knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching potential customers about what they need to know before making a commitment was delivered clearly. I am very happy to recommend ProLift Garage Doors of Charleston to anyone who wants to receive an honest and detailed presentation. Parker Lopriore is a genuine asset to this company.
