    "Pro Lift was all-around excellent regarding timeliness, communication and professionalism, and work done. And we got a 10-year warranty on all parts. We have a 300 lb door that had an old dual spring setup that was way past its prime. We were offered multiple options and decided to upgrade to a modern single spring system and upgrade the motor to better handle the door weight. Jonathan was the tech and he was fantastic. He called when on his way, arrived on time, work was quick and clean, and the door now opens sooooooo quietly and smoothly. 10/10 would recommend."

    "This is one of the rare companies that I had an excellent experience with from the time I was exploring and requesting quotes to when the garage doors were installed. Mo, the company owner, was extremely courteous and showed up on the install day just to greet me! He followed up with me at every step and made sure I was comfortable. Jonathan, their installer in the picture, was also an amazing guy to work with. He explained everything very calmly, and wherever upgrades had to be done he explained why in a way I could understand and found out creative solutions to save me money. Overall the experience was exceptional and very reasonable in terms of cost. I will 100% recommend this company. Small business, no fluff, and exceptional experience!"

We were able to get scheduled quickly, and the manager, Moe, kept me updated through call and text. Prior to arrival, Jonathan sent a picture verification and called to let me know his arrival time as he left his previous job. He even offered to bring me a coffee.
